I agree to my personal data being stored electronically and used for advertisement purposes. It may be forwarded to AZ Direct for these purposes, to the extent that AZ Direct is acting as mandated by the authorized KIA dealer or the KIA system partner responsible for processing the data. I have the right to object to such use of my data at any time with the dealer or system partner responsible for processing the data. In the event of my filing such objection, the data stored about me may not be processed further. It must be deleted. This also applies for the data processing done by AZ Direct. We will treat all data confidentially in accordance with the stipulations of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG, German Federal Data Protection Act). The information you provide will be processed in the KIA information system for the purpose of sending product information and after-sales service proposals to you. As a general rule, the party responsible for processing your data is the authorized KIA dealer or KIA system partner closest to your home. Under certain circumstances, the data you provide will be processed for the said advertising purposes, as mandated by the dealer or the system partner, by AZ Direct GmbH of Gütersloh. Once your data has been stored in the information system, the party responsible for processing your data will inform you of this fact, doing so in accordance with Section 33 of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG, German Federal Data Protection Act).
